Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $5.00 — and free on orders over $50.00.

Delivery estimates

United States: 5–10 business days · Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days · Rest of world: 10–21 business days. Delays at customs are outside our control.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You’ll receive your order number immediately and a tracking update once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center. You can check status anytime on the Track Order page.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 30 days, contact service@jolele.shop — we’ll make it right.
