We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple.

30-day returns

Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email service@jolele.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or piece? Request an exchange in your return email and we’ll hold the replacement for you.

Non-returnable items

Worn or damaged items, mystery boxes, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Earrings are returnable only if the hygiene seal is intact.
